Everly Place is Ellington’s lagoon-facing residential development in Meydan Horizon within Mohammed Bin Rashid City, Dubai. Its launch announcement is dated 2026-06-16; this is a 2026 launch, not a project newly launched by our adding it to FlipLux. The published scheme contains 209 residences. The project’s legal sales entity must be checked on the selected unit’s reservation and SPA; the directory link identifies the Ellington developer company, not a verified project-specific SPV.

Homes include 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments, plus 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom homes with a study. These are documented types, not five available units. A study is not an extra bedroom. Whole-project size ranges and the measurement basis are not confirmed in the reviewed project page; obtain the unit-specific internal, external and total areas before comparing layouts.

Ellington’s official investment page advertises prices from AED 2,050,000, reviewed 2026-11-01; the page provides no publication or offer-expiry date. This is an advertised starting indication, not a confirmed current unit quotation or FlipLux allocation. Availability, floor, aspect, fees and the applicable terms require a dated offer.

The published 70/30 plan is 20% at booking; 10% at 60 days and 10% at 120 days after reservation; 5% at 240 days and 5% at 360 days; then 5% at each of the 30%, 40%, 50% and 60% construction milestones; 30% at project completion. The booking amount is included in the 70% before completion. The total is 100%, with no post-completion instalment stated. Confirm the applicable reservation contract and any offer validity.

Reviewed amenities include a bowling alley, fitness studio, sauna, children’s indoor/outdoor play spaces, lagoon-facing club lounge, barbecue areas and outdoor table tennis. A reliable completion date and a dated construction percentage were not established from the reviewed public material, so neither is presented as confirmed.
